Camps - Camp High Point and Camp Karlton Kemp 
The Girl Scouts of Conifer Council offers two camps for the council located in Arkansas. Camp High Point is located in Mena, Arkansas and Camp Karlton Kemp is located in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Both camps are run in accordance with GSUSA and Girl Scouts of Conifer Council standards.

Girl Scout Camp Objectives The purpose of the Girl Scout Movement is to help girls grow and develop as creative, responsible individuals, deepening their awareness of their own self worth, fostering a sense of interdependence with the world around them, and encouraging their actual contributions as citizens in their homes, communities, nation and world.
Girl Scout camping as an integral part of the Girl Scout program helps us to accomplish this purpose and has the following objectives.
- To promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being of every girl and leader.
- To develop resourcefulness, initiative, self-reliance, and recognition of the worth and dignity of each individual.
- To provide opportunities for practice in democratic living.
- To develop a sense of responsibility, qualities of leadership, and an awareness of the capacities for all people.
- To provide inner satisfaction, a sense of awe and wonder, and a deep enjoyment for both girls and leaders.
- To provide a sense of accomplishment.
- To stimulate each girl's awareness and appreciation for the natural world.
- To develop the individuals sense of responsibility to conserve the natural world

Philosophy The Girl Scouts of Conifer Council's mission is 'To inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service that they may become happy and resourceful citizens'.
Programs are designed to specifically enhance self-esteem, encourage positive risk taking behaviors and provide opportunity for challenge and growth in an age appropriate way.
Campers will be able to interact with others from a variety of backgrounds preparing them for the global marketplace of the future. Campers learn group discussion and decision making skills by planning their own activities (within established guidelines).
