Is chartered by Girl Scouts of the USA to provide Girl Scouting in 14 counties: Miller, Bowie, Cass, Hempstead, Nevada, Sevier, Howard, Pike, Union, Ouachita, Clark, Lafayette, Little River and Columbia.
Is headquartered in Texarkana, 1811 Arkansas Blvd., Texarkana, Arkansas, 71854, 870-773-2151 or 800-788-2151, and operates a service center/shop at this location.
Conifer Council leases 4 program facilities, including two camps from Conifer Area Properties.
As a community resource, depends totally upon local communities for monetary support. Major sources of income are the Girl Scout Cookie Sales, The United Ways, contributions and grants.
